Administrative and Financial Staff

Ms Saowapak Suksinchai is the Project Officer for the Social Protection Facility, Thailand Office. She received her Masters Degree in Population and Reproductive Health Research from Mahidol University, Thailand. She has many years experience with the International Training Programs at the Institute for Population and Social Research, Mahidol University.

Ms Felicity Donnelly is the Project Officer in the ANU team of the Social Protection Facility. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the Australian National University. She is responsible for management operation and administration aspects of the project in Australia.

Mr Bob Murphy is the Project Manager in the ANU team of the Social Protection Facility and is responsible for the financial aspects of the project in Australia. He holds accounting qualifications and is a member of CPA Australia.

Ms Jessica Robertson is the part-time Administrative Assistant for the Social Protection Facility and is studying for her Bachelor of Arts, International Politics at the Australian National University.
